RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • Returns are acceptable for store credit or exchange only within 7 days of the delivery date. After 7 days all items are final sale. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed. Merchandise must also have all tags attached and returned in proper packaging.
  • All damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or the items cannot be returned or exchanged.


GUIDELINES TO FOLLOW FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • We do not pay for shipping for store credits, damages, or returns. If you would like to return or exchange an item, you must provide all shipping expenses.
  • If you wish to exchange your item for another size, please email us at shopcheshcustomerservice@gmail.com. After receiving the unwanted item, we will send the correct size if it is still in stock. If the item is not in stock, store credit will be issued!
